I grew up in Johnston, Iowa and attended college at Grand View University. I have a bachelor’s degree in Health Promotion with Wellness and Fitness concentrations and Kinesiology. I also have a Coaching Endorsement. I am dedicated to the well-being of individuals and especially children.
